国際関係 1年[TITLE]I think this course is great for me. I can learn and listen to English more than usual English classes. Although today's lecture was such fun, I'm worried about my English skills. But I want to talk with speakers or ask questions. So, I will study English so hard and enjoy this class!
ドイツ 2年[TITLE]I became interested in the way Rob studies Japanese. Especially I was impressed by his announcements at stations. What I found wonderful is that speaking languages is interesting and fun.
フランス 1年[TITLE]Today I learned about the details of the curriculum. I thought I’d like to get lots of knowledge and I also hope to have many ways of thinking or points of view towards every topic. I’m happy because I know about the profiles and careers of the teachers and staff. I’d like to improve my speaking , listening , reading and writing skills through this class.
英米 3年[TITLE]Now, I've worked for a British pub for six months. I began to work there because I went to Toronto last summer. My way of thinking was changed dramatically in Toronto, and I want to maintain this motivation. I haven't decided my future job yet, but I want to use English. So, I joined this lecture and want to improve my English speaking skill. I'm looking forward to the next lesson.
フランス 1年[TITLE]I'm Chinese. I came to Japan two years ago. Since that time I've studied Japanese everyday to get into Japanese university. And this year I succeeded doing so and got into the university. As time goes by, I can speak, listen, and write Japanese better and better, but I forgot so many English words and even have no confidence in speaking English now. It makes me impatient, because I like English so much since I started studying English. So, I really want to improve my English by the lecture, and today, I got some encouragement from the speakers. ドイツ 1年[TITLE]It was very interesting to listen to Ms. Nakayama's introduction showing that she had studied about African-American music. Rob's introduction was such fun! I loved how his mother talks. I didn't know that there are different accents in the UK. I will listen to the nature's sound when I come to school.
英文 1年[TITLE]I can't speak English very much, so I thought that I would like to speak to a mirror in my room as much as I can. I was surprised that Rob doesn't eat chicken! He is a real bird lover! I enjoyed this lesson. I'd like to speak English very much!
中国 2年[TITLE]Well, I was very nervous before I came to this class because it seems I'm the only 2nd year student who majors in Chinese. I use English everyday to talk with my friends, especially with my boyfriend. I think my English is good enough to speak only in daily conversation, and of course I can understand native speakers. But I just cannot remember or use technical terms. Maybe it's just because we don't use them in our daily life. Well, anyhow, I want to know what the good way to build up my vocabulary is. In the future, I want to be an interpreter using Japanese, English and Chinese. Thank you.
国際関係 1年[TITLE]In today's class, I was interested in Rob's lecture. I was surprized at Welsh. I thought it is very different from English. I couldn't listen to his Welsh. I'm poor in English, but I will do my best!
スペイン １年[TITLE] Listening introductionI enjoyed two speeches. Self talk, which Maiko Nakayama talked about, is a very interesting way of studying English. I think that speaking English every day is the best way. I decided doing that way. Robert Edmunds' speech is great fun. I'm going to try to listen to natural sounds.

スペイン 1年[TITLE]I was so surprised that this class requires high level English. But I feel it's so interesting, because I think this is the class I wanted to learn in university. Mr. Robert Edmunds is a cute person. I wanted to speak to him directly. This course will be hard for me but I want to challenge myself and then I want to understand completly at last!!

中国 4年[TITLE] About Final ReportsMay I ask you a question? According to the syllabus, students need to write a report. Should we write it in English? In my English level, I'm really worried whether I can write a report in English. I really like speaking English. I want to enjoy speaking English! Thanks for giving me a great English environment.
国際関係 1年[TITLE]I have this class because I'm interested in learning English. I want to speak English completely. I think that UK dialects are just like Japanese dialects. For example "Kansai ben", "Tsugaru ben", "Nagoya ben" and so on. I want to know so many dialects. I'm going to have this class in front of guest speakers.
英米 4年[TITLE] How to improve English SkillsNakayama-sensei and Rob sensei gave us really worderful instructions on how to improve our English skills. Without paying a lot of money, it is possible to improve my English skills in an enjoyable way. I want to try to sing in English while I am driving.
